Mother's Day at Cumberland Pointe

We all have a special someone in our lives. The one who fixed the boo-boos, cut off the crust, and made the world seem like a better place. She held your hand when you were scared, checked for the monsters under the bed, and changed your night light bulb 100 times. There is a place in your heart for her that no one can take away. That special someone is our mother, and here at Cumberland Pointe, we wanted to make sure they felt special.



Our residents and staff had a Mother’s Day Tea Social. We offered pink lemonade, iced tea, and a variety of hot teas and coffee. Fresh fruit, cupcakes, cheesecake and various other snacks and treats were served and we gifted all of our moms a life-like silk tulip with a note and Hershey Kisses. Our residents and staff had family members come in to visit and enjoy this wonderful day with them!

From all of us at Cumberland Pointe, we want to wish all the mothers out there a happy Mother’s Day. We hope your day was filled with love and family!
